Job Description Overview
The Product Manager for the Maestro Analytics Dashboard will lead the development and launch of an advanced data platform for the Maestro system. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, collaborating closely with surgeons, hospital administrators, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include understanding user profiles (personas) and their pain points, gathering clinical and operational requirements, and prioritizing features. You will drive innovation in analytics, ensuring the product delivers valuable insights while playing a key role in Moon Surgical's growth. Additionally, you will support the product team in developing internal tools, enhancements for the Maestro system and other activities.
Core Responsibilities
Your Day-to-day Activities
- Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders, including UX research, UI designers, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams, to drive the design and development of the analytics dashboard.
- Attend and lead product development meetings, working with design and development teams to meet project milestones.
- Engage with sites to understand user pain points and gather insights to refine the product.
- Analyze data and user feedback, translating findings into actionable product improvements.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Provide hands-on support during customer engagements, ensuring a deep understanding of real-world product usage and requirements.
- Report on project progress, challenges, and key decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
How You’ll Fit In
